Overview

This journey showcases Mongolia’s most iconic regions, beginning with the pristine beauty of Khuvsgul Lake, the “Blue Pearl,” where we immerse ourselves in untouched alpine nature through horse riding along the lakeshore, a scenic boat trip, and a rare cultural encounter with the reindeer-herding Tsaatan people. We then venture into the vast Gobi Desert, experiencing its dramatic contrasts — from the towering “Singing” Khongor Sand Dunes with camel riding and nomadic family visits, to the narrow canyon of Yol Valley and the legendary Flaming Cliffs, rich in dinosaur history and glowing red landscapes. The highlight of the journey unfolds in western Mongolia at the majestic Altai Eagle Festival, where Kazakh eagle hunters demonstrate their ancient hunting traditions in a spectacular setting of music, competition, and vibrant cultural displays. Along the way, we also explore Hustai National Park in search of wild Przewalski’s horses and enjoy Mongolia’s vast open steppe landscapes. This itinerary offers a perfect blend of raw nature, authentic nomadic culture, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences across Mongolia’s most breathtaking destinations.
