This tour is dedicated for the travellers who would like to experience Mongolia in short distance. This excursion to three national parks a short distance away from the capital is an excellent extension to any trip whether you just want to see the unique settings of Khustai National Park, Terelj National Park and Gun Galuut Natural Reserve, unwind and play after a hard trek, or explore some of the landscapes of Central Mongolia after a trip to the Gobi or the far west.

Day 1. Ulaanbaatar. (B/L/D)

Arrive in Ulaanbaatar and transfer to selected hotel. After lunch, take city tour including Sukhbaatar Square, National History Museum and then visit Zaisan Hill War Memorial to get your bearings with a panoramic view of the whole city. Enjoy traditional concert and have a dinner.

Day 2. Khustai National Park. 110km (B/L/D)

Drive to Khustai National park. Khustai National park was protected in 1993 to conserve biodiversity and facilitate the re-introduction to the wild horse or known as Przewalski horse (Takhi). See the wild horses. Besides TAKHI you can see many wild animals including wild sheep Argali, wolf, red deer.

Day 3. Terelj National Park. 200km (B/L/D)

Drive to Terelj National Park. Afternoon we will visit the Aryapala Monastery. If we have time, we can have an opportunity to do one hour horse riding.

Day 4. Gun Galuut Natural Reserve. 120km (B/L/D)

Today early morning drive to Gun Galuut Natural Reserve on the way passing through Chingis Khaan Monument. In the afternoon we will explore the area and do hiking in Baits Mountain.

Day 5. Ulaanbaatar. 130km (B/L/D)

Drive to back to Ulaanbaatar. Have lunch in the hotel; take tour to the Gobi cashmere factory for shopping for original and pure cashmere gifts and garments. Have farewell dinner

Day 6. Departure (B)

After breakfast transfer to the airport or train station for your international departure
