TO CONFIRM YOUR TOUR WITH US:

Once you decide to book your tour with us, confirmation can be made by following ways:

  • The deposit of 40% of full payment is required to confirm the tour. The remaining balance of tour must be done at least 1 month prior to the starting date of the services. 100% advance payment is possible.
  • You can pay your deposit both via your credit cards such as Visa, Master and Maestro cards.
  • Please be informed that there will be 4% of total payment as a bank charge.
  • You also can pay your deposit via bank transfer to the account of USD or EURO. Please be informed that you should pay the bank charge of 20-25 USD of each transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY.

  • Any alternation/ cancellation shall be agreed & made in written form.
  • No cancellation fees shall be charged for cancellation up to 30 business days prior to arrival date for clients.
  • Cancellations fees are as follows:
    • No cancellation, received 30 calendar days prior to arrival
    • 25% of tour cost for cancellation, received between 14-30 calendar days prior to arrival
    • 50% of tour cost for cancellation, received between 8-13 calendar days prior to arrival
    • 80% of tour cost for cancellation, received between 4-7 calendar days prior to arrival
    • 100% of tour cost for cancellation, received between 1-3 business days and on the arrival date

COMPLAINT POLICY

  • Complain must to be informed to us during the Service or within 30 days after land arrangement.
  • If any customer of have any complaints of The Services purchased or express any dissatisfaction whatsoever, we will take all possible steps to resolve amicably such complaints.
